國(guó)際化多語(yǔ)種郵箱,是指含有中文、日文、泰文等非英語(yǔ)字符的電子郵件地址,如“錢華林@中科院.中國(guó)”。此前,多數(shù)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)郵件應(yīng)用僅能選擇英語(yǔ)域名,單一語(yǔ)種在使用中給網(wǎng)民帶來(lái)許多不便。但這種情況正在改變!
自從中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息中心(CNNIC)主導(dǎo)制定的國(guó)際化多語(yǔ)種電子郵件地址核心國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)――《SMTP擴(kuò)展支持國(guó)際化郵件》于2012年2月18日由IETF正式后,已經(jīng)有不少郵件服務(wù)廠商加入多語(yǔ)種郵件陣營(yíng),該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的體現(xiàn)了我國(guó)在國(guó)際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)能力和影響力。未來(lái),全世界的網(wǎng)民都可以使用自己的母語(yǔ)作為郵件收發(fā)地址,以便于記憶,并縮小數(shù)字鴻溝。
事實(shí)上,中國(guó)部分網(wǎng)民現(xiàn)在就可以創(chuàng)建中文郵件地址,并使用“姓名+公司+國(guó)家”這種純漢字組合的中文郵件地址進(jìn)行通訊?!拔覈?guó)2年前就成功發(fā)出全球首封多語(yǔ)種電子郵件,而且國(guó)內(nèi)也有郵件廠商支持該技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”,專家介紹稱,盈世Coremail是全球第一家提供多語(yǔ)種電子郵件應(yīng)用的廠商,目前已經(jīng)向政府、企事業(yè)單位、機(jī)構(gòu)等提供免費(fèi)的“中文郵”服務(wù),“這意味著Coremail的6億用戶可以率先體驗(yàn)中文郵?!?/p>
與Gmail還無(wú)法創(chuàng)建中文字符的郵件地址不同,Coremail郵件系統(tǒng)和企業(yè)郵箱的用戶使用“中文郵”后,都可以使用中文字符命名郵箱,使用中文郵收發(fā)郵件,并在通訊錄里直接調(diào)用中文郵件地址。除了Coremail,全球還沒(méi)有其他郵件服務(wù)廠商能同時(shí)提供這些服務(wù)體驗(yàn)。

電子技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)是一門專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)必修課,由模擬電子技術(shù)和數(shù)字電子技術(shù)兩部分構(gòu)成,而每一部分又由理論課和實(shí)驗(yàn)組成。該課程為后續(xù)專業(yè)課的學(xué)習(xí)、相關(guān)專業(yè)理論的理解、電子實(shí)習(xí)等實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)打下基礎(chǔ)。
一、教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀
我校自1997年開(kāi)始招收各國(guó)留學(xué)生,2008年開(kāi)始招收電子與信息工程專業(yè)的本科生,自此拉開(kāi)了電子技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)教學(xué)的序幕。到目前,我校共有來(lái)自肯尼亞、尼日利亞、盧旺達(dá)等20余個(gè)國(guó)家的留學(xué)生200余人。
(一)我校留學(xué)生特點(diǎn)
與中國(guó)學(xué)生相比,我校留學(xué)生有以下特點(diǎn):英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)好,會(huì)話能力強(qiáng);思維活躍,喜歡隨時(shí)提問(wèn); 教育背景復(fù)雜,受教育水平差異大,基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí)掌握的沒(méi)有中國(guó)學(xué)生扎實(shí);喜歡實(shí)踐類課程,如實(shí)驗(yàn)和一些實(shí)習(xí)環(huán)節(jié);上課不喜歡帶教材,一般只帶筆和本,喜歡記筆記;注重得分,如果自己的分?jǐn)?shù)不如同學(xué)的高,會(huì)向教師問(wèn)明原因;有部分學(xué)生紀(jì)律性差,愛(ài)遲到、曠課,自制力差。針對(duì)留學(xué)生的這些特點(diǎn), 在教學(xué)中采取了有效措施, 提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量和水平。
(二)教師選拔
首先選拔一些英語(yǔ)好, 最好有出國(guó)經(jīng)歷的老師承擔(dān)留學(xué)生的教學(xué)工作。另外我校每學(xué)期還組織由外籍人員主持的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)班,來(lái)提高我校教師英語(yǔ)運(yùn)用能力。而且每年暑假學(xué)校還組織青年教師參加遼寧省雙語(yǔ)教師培訓(xùn)班,強(qiáng)化英語(yǔ)教學(xué)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,選拔英語(yǔ)會(huì)話好、教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富、教學(xué)能力強(qiáng)的老師講授留學(xué)生課程。
(三)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀
電子技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)全英文教學(xué)開(kāi)始于2009年,授課對(duì)象為通信工程專業(yè)留學(xué)生,采用全英文教材,英文課件,全英文教學(xué)。在模擬電子技術(shù)的教學(xué)中選擇了英文原版教材《Electronic Devices and Circuit Theory》和《模擬電子技術(shù)》(中英文對(duì)照版),兩本教材相結(jié)合,互相補(bǔ)充。數(shù)字電子技術(shù)選擇了英文改編版教材《Digital Fundamentals》,還自行編寫了英文課件、英文課后習(xí)題以及英文實(shí)驗(yàn)指導(dǎo)書。兩門課程的理論學(xué)時(shí)均為48學(xué)時(shí),實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)時(shí)均為16學(xué)時(shí),分兩個(gè)學(xué)期上完。由于英文教材其語(yǔ)言地道,易于理解,在全英文教學(xué)中,筆者仍建議使用原版英文教材。
(四)存在問(wèn)題
通過(guò)三年的教學(xué)實(shí)踐,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在著一些問(wèn)題。從授課教師角度來(lái)講,仍是以教師講解為主,沒(méi)有建立起更符合留學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的學(xué)生和教師之間交流的平臺(tái),實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)安排不夠,學(xué)生上課能聽(tīng)懂,但下課后不能順利完成課后作業(yè)。實(shí)驗(yàn)中缺少具有實(shí)際工程背景的設(shè)計(jì)性和綜合性實(shí)驗(yàn),且實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)間安排較集中,缺乏課程教學(xué)的連貫性。從聽(tīng)課學(xué)生角度來(lái)講,課程枯燥乏味、電路復(fù)雜多樣難于理解、缺乏直觀性認(rèn)識(shí),渴望親自動(dòng)手實(shí)踐,而往往這一環(huán)節(jié)安排不夠。
二、理論教學(xué)的改革
(一)教學(xué)方法的改革
改革傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方法,注重師生互動(dòng),使教學(xué)主題由教師向?qū)W生轉(zhuǎn)變,由教著學(xué)向主動(dòng)學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)變,采用靈活多樣的教學(xué)方法以提高留學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性[1-2]。該課程是一門實(shí)踐性很強(qiáng)的課程,針對(duì)現(xiàn)在留學(xué)生的認(rèn)知水平,采用“實(shí)物教學(xué)法”,可以把一些常用元器件帶到課堂上,注重通過(guò)感性認(rèn)識(shí)來(lái)獲取相關(guān)知識(shí)。另外,在理論講解中常穿插一些工程用電路,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。如在講晶體管放大電路時(shí),可把上課用的麥克,收音機(jī)等引入到教學(xué)內(nèi)容中。其次,為了讓學(xué)生能時(shí)刻跟上老師的思路,“互動(dòng)法”可督促學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性。另外 “關(guān)聯(lián)法”教學(xué)也能提高學(xué)生對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)的掌握和新知識(shí)的理解。
(二)教學(xué)手段的改革
整個(gè)留學(xué)生教學(xué)過(guò)程中,需采用全英文授課,如果僅借助板書進(jìn)行教學(xué),實(shí)現(xiàn)起來(lái)有一定的難度。同時(shí),課程中有些知識(shí)抽象,如載流子的運(yùn)動(dòng),不易用板書表達(dá),因此借助了多媒體課件和教學(xué)光盤進(jìn)行教學(xué)[3]。多媒體教學(xué)形象、生動(dòng),增加了課堂教學(xué)的信息量,但它不能完全代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)“粉筆+黑板”的教學(xué)方法。有選擇地采用多媒體教學(xué),適當(dāng)?shù)貙⒍嗝襟w和傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方式相結(jié)合,將有利于提高講課效率和效果。
(三)加強(qiáng)教學(xué)管理
針對(duì)少數(shù)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)積極性不高,自制力差,經(jīng)常遲到、曠課等,加強(qiáng)留學(xué)生的教學(xué)管理也非常必要。首先嚴(yán)格考勤制度。如平時(shí)出勤率沒(méi)達(dá)到2/3, 不能參加期末考試。并且將出勤率,課上表現(xiàn)作為平時(shí)成績(jī)之一。其次嚴(yán)格考試紀(jì)律。考試過(guò)程中杜絕舞弊現(xiàn)象, 使學(xué)生打消不學(xué)習(xí), 通過(guò)不正當(dāng)途徑蒙混過(guò)關(guān)的僥幸心理, 樹(shù)立良好的學(xué)風(fēng)與考風(fēng)。
三、實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的改革
(一)改革實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)間安排
從原有的教學(xué)計(jì)劃安排看,本課程的實(shí)驗(yàn)往往安排在理論課結(jié)束之后,這不利于學(xué)生對(duì)知識(shí)的理解和應(yīng)用能力的培養(yǎng)。為加深學(xué)生對(duì)所學(xué)知識(shí)的理解,將實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)與理論教學(xué)穿行[4],使所學(xué)理論知識(shí)在實(shí)驗(yàn)中得以體現(xiàn)。另外由于實(shí)驗(yàn)課時(shí)有限,課前預(yù)習(xí)非常重要。因此在每次實(shí)驗(yàn)課前要求學(xué)生寫好預(yù)習(xí)報(bào)告,上課時(shí)進(jìn)行檢查,并將這一項(xiàng)列入實(shí)驗(yàn)成績(jī)中。
(二)改革實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)內(nèi)容
為了提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,達(dá)到良好的教學(xué)效果,經(jīng)反復(fù)研究和實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了調(diào)整[5], 刪除了一些驗(yàn)證性的實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容,增加了能培養(yǎng)學(xué)生積極性和綜合素質(zhì)的綜合性、創(chuàng)新性實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容。如取消了門電路功能的驗(yàn)證等實(shí)驗(yàn),添加了三人表決電路、電流-電壓轉(zhuǎn)換電路等設(shè)計(jì)性實(shí)驗(yàn),還增加了搶答器設(shè)計(jì)等比較復(fù)雜的綜合性實(shí)驗(yàn)。根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容,教師可適時(shí)安排一些新的電路功能,或給出一些故障現(xiàn)象,進(jìn)一步啟發(fā)學(xué)生分析問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題、排除故障的能力。
四、結(jié)語(yǔ)
通過(guò)對(duì)留學(xué)生全英文電子技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)的課程內(nèi)容、實(shí)踐教學(xué)等方面的系列改革,不僅激發(fā)了留學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,調(diào)動(dòng)了留學(xué)生的積極主動(dòng)性,而且使得留學(xué)生對(duì)知識(shí)的掌握更加牢固。但總體來(lái)說(shuō),我校通信專業(yè)留學(xué)生教育起步較晚,在留學(xué)生教育諸多方面還需要進(jìn)一步探索。在今后的留學(xué)生教學(xué)工作中,我們將進(jìn)一步研究和探討全英文電子技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)課的教學(xué)方法和模式,制定更加完善的教學(xué)體系,努力提高留學(xué)生電子技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)課程的教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

劇本要好,極好則大好;選材獨(dú)特,技術(shù)嫻熟,情節(jié)細(xì)密,對(duì)白精絕,接地氣;制作中檔即可,攝影不必死糾光線、運(yùn)動(dòng)、虛實(shí)、關(guān)系,聲音保證基本質(zhì)量便好,景物能夠達(dá)到不錯(cuò)就行,當(dāng)下之大部分觀眾并不十分在意。演員除個(gè)別頂級(jí),對(duì)于市場(chǎng)來(lái)說(shuō)大都差不多,誰(shuí)戲好就用誰(shuí),200萬(wàn)價(jià)位以下賣相皆同。以上為“謬論”,想要虧損可不予理睬。
體量:
物價(jià)如此貴,成本如此高,投資如此低,拍攝中糾纏于幾個(gè)高光點(diǎn),一個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)節(jié)奏,拖了周期,責(zé)任擔(dān)不起。所有中國(guó)電影的周期都不合理,違反《勞動(dòng)法》,為世界恥笑,除了特殊的“那幾位”。這種前提下,效仿“那幾位”的拍攝程序只能是自尋死路。要命的是,觀眾真不看你糾纏的那點(diǎn)事。你學(xué)生腔就別上真陣仗。學(xué)生腔是自己把自己當(dāng)粉絲。當(dāng)然,老板很多也是粉絲。
劇本:
好劇本哪來(lái)?花錢就能來(lái)。商業(yè)的歸商業(yè)。拿道德、機(jī)會(huì)之類說(shuō)辭花小錢綁架編劇的投資者,市場(chǎng)五馬分尸之。至于找“小孩”寫出來(lái)占坑、亂找?guī)讚苋伺摹G給導(dǎo)演救火的做法,正在大規(guī)模地摧毀電影??礈?zhǔn)文學(xué)基礎(chǔ)好的,有影視經(jīng)驗(yàn)的作者高薪簽下,大部分結(jié)果都不錯(cuò)。但各位老板基本都不這么做,因此,一個(gè)失敗接一個(gè)失敗。
誰(shuí)砸高薪做劇本,誰(shuí)得未來(lái)之天下。電影類型各有系統(tǒng)。生活底子、文學(xué)積累、個(gè)性口味,均可考察;人物、情節(jié)、線、坎、折、番、轉(zhuǎn)、合、跳、抖,全看劇作技術(shù)。兩者均衡,可做編劇。單項(xiàng)突出,兩人合作。育苗水土光肥,先支些發(fā)展費(fèi),必得善果。召到公司開(kāi)會(huì)神聊,掄開(kāi)架式聽(tīng)各路閑漢噴薄,再請(qǐng)八路人馬論證,基本可將編劇徹底玩殘。
導(dǎo)演:
不用迷信導(dǎo)演,看得上的導(dǎo)演基本全已被大公司簽死,誰(shuí)讓你入行晚?天價(jià)挖過(guò)來(lái)當(dāng)祖宗供奉著,過(guò)得什么癮?名聲跟賣片關(guān)系不大,當(dāng)然除了“那幾位”??醋髌?,看業(yè)務(wù),看實(shí)操,看人品,看投入產(chǎn)出比,遠(yuǎn)離噴子,廣泛求證,都有口碑,合適就用。電視劇已開(kāi)始上規(guī)模聘用優(yōu)質(zhì)非著名導(dǎo)演。別被“導(dǎo)演中心制”、“作者電影”那套老話拿住。
選導(dǎo)演有竅門。一來(lái)看素質(zhì)、人品、學(xué)識(shí)、談吐、意志品質(zhì),演導(dǎo)演、罵團(tuán)隊(duì)者勿用。二來(lái)看作品,一百場(chǎng)戲,明暗、動(dòng)靜、大小、內(nèi)外、長(zhǎng)短、文武分布得當(dāng),可用。三來(lái)看執(zhí)行力,兼具溫和與火爆,自設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與程序,凡事預(yù)則有勝敗平復(fù)之算,鐵肩每能擔(dān)冷暖榮辱之氣,錯(cuò)則檢,壓不屈,恤部屬,廣奇謀,往昔自練股肱,今日必成大才。
演員:
越拍越好的演員真少,大部分都是大學(xué)二三年級(jí)的水平。影視劇不培養(yǎng)演員,拍攝,創(chuàng)作,無(wú)非是釋放的過(guò)程,30年來(lái)如是。只要有眼光,就能看準(zhǔn)好演員??上?,老板的眼光不總是雪亮的。至于知名度和賣片,除了“那幾個(gè)”,都一樣。做五百條新聞,頂百萬(wàn)身價(jià)的銷售力。何樂(lè)而不為?因?qū)ψ约?、?duì)項(xiàng)目、對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)律不自信。敗相先露。
制作:
攝影、美術(shù)、錄音等制作費(fèi)用,不是太高,就是過(guò)低。有的請(qǐng)名家,亮脖子挨宰,拿錢堆出質(zhì)量,俗艷俗美,觀眾日益不吃招。有的敲骨吸髓,平地?fù)革?,徹底摧毀制作技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);之后做秀夸大投資,技術(shù)人員代替挨罵。對(duì)此,行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)應(yīng)出頭放狠話,主管部門須下技術(shù)硬指標(biāo)。電影產(chǎn)業(yè)首先是技術(shù)工業(yè),工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不提升,制作永遠(yuǎn)不能正規(guī)化,更難與超級(jí)戰(zhàn)艦交手。
最后,奉獻(xiàn)電影投資之“十誡”,均為負(fù)面例證:
追捧好萊塢及所謂世界經(jīng)驗(yàn),慘遭忽悠;
自己定奪操盤,而不雇請(qǐng)專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì);
工作虛浮,不落地,尚自我感覺(jué)良好;
眼力昏昏,每投資爛劇本;
瘋狂追星,無(wú)視市場(chǎng)規(guī)律;
貪婪克扣各部門制作費(fèi)用;
欺壓導(dǎo)演及各部人員為樂(lè);
夸大投資,欺騙受眾,綁架團(tuán)隊(duì),夸夸其談;
亂聽(tīng)亂信,優(yōu)柔寡斷,指手劃腳,甘居業(yè)余;
獲利則驕傲自大,目空一切,從真實(shí)的市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)象中歸納出虛假的規(guī)律。

一.電子商務(wù)英語(yǔ)與文體學(xué)研究
電子商務(wù)(E-business/E-commerce,EB/EC)英語(yǔ)是專門用途英語(yǔ)(ESP,English for Specific Purpose)一個(gè)分支學(xué)科。在學(xué)科體系中,它扮演的角色是職業(yè)用途英語(yǔ)(EOP,English for Occupational Purposes)。該學(xué)科在我國(guó)高校外語(yǔ)專業(yè)的學(xué)科體系中是商務(wù)英語(yǔ)專業(yè)(方向)下的一門新興學(xué)科,隨著電子商務(wù)在我國(guó)的快速發(fā)展,就業(yè)市場(chǎng)對(duì)專業(yè)人才的需求迅速增加,各類高校在新一輪的學(xué)科專業(yè)定位、教學(xué)改革的的背景下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的。
文體學(xué)的體系紛繁復(fù)雜,這里我們討論的角度是與外語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)和外語(yǔ)教學(xué)相關(guān)的普通文體學(xué)。是為EC教學(xué)需要,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外電子商務(wù)英語(yǔ)網(wǎng)站的產(chǎn)品描述的語(yǔ)言文字進(jìn)行體裁分析和語(yǔ)域分析,運(yùn)用功能主義文體學(xué)的理論和分析模式,分析的目的是為電子商務(wù)英語(yǔ)課任務(wù)型教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)提供一種范例,力求在ESP教學(xué)領(lǐng)域提供一個(gè)新的研究范式。為了討論的方便和課堂教學(xué)實(shí)踐需要出發(fā),本文在以討論電子商務(wù)外貿(mào)網(wǎng)站語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)和實(shí)踐時(shí),從工藝美術(shù)產(chǎn)品這一大類入手展開(kāi)論述。
二.電子商務(wù)任務(wù)型教學(xué)的特點(diǎn)
何謂任務(wù)型教學(xué)?“任務(wù)型教學(xué)是利用任務(wù)對(duì)所需語(yǔ)料進(jìn)行分類,并用任務(wù)為導(dǎo)引完成語(yǔ)言訓(xùn)練的一種教學(xué)方式。強(qiáng)調(diào)用‘語(yǔ)言完成任務(wù)’,強(qiáng)調(diào)‘做中學(xué)’,使學(xué)習(xí)者始終處于一種積極的、主動(dòng)的學(xué)習(xí)心理狀態(tài)”(嚴(yán),2011,P121)。該教學(xué)模式的實(shí)施需要授課者依據(jù)作業(yè)性教學(xué)大綱(task-based syllabus)(Richards,2000)來(lái)選擇教學(xué)內(nèi)容,處理教材,開(kāi)展課堂教學(xué)。任務(wù)型教學(xué)是在活動(dòng)教學(xué)和交際教學(xué)思想的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來(lái)的……它的特點(diǎn)是:目標(biāo)的明確性(完成任務(wù))、豐富的習(xí)得環(huán)境、學(xué)習(xí)者的主動(dòng)參與性、教師的腳手架(scaffolding)作用(戴煒棟,2004)。
任務(wù)型教學(xué)的理?yè)?jù)是建構(gòu)主義認(rèn)知學(xué)習(xí)理論,強(qiáng)調(diào)根據(jù)學(xué)生的認(rèn)知特點(diǎn)、學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)格差異、語(yǔ)言基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)、甚至性格特征等,以學(xué)生為中心設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)展課程設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)工作。這與電子商務(wù)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)實(shí)踐性強(qiáng),以學(xué)科知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)為主的特點(diǎn)相契合。
三.大綱設(shè)計(jì)和課堂實(shí)例
本文作者依據(jù)本校電子商務(wù)教學(xué)大綱,根據(jù)任務(wù)型教學(xué)的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)以下的一個(gè)教學(xué)案例。(參見(jiàn)附文;本校教學(xué)大綱的節(jié)選: Chapter 5網(wǎng)絡(luò)廣告與營(yíng)銷)
教學(xué)內(nèi)容:網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷實(shí)務(wù):B2C,C2C電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)營(yíng)銷綜合實(shí)踐
教學(xué)目的:在學(xué)生已經(jīng)掌握B2B,B2C,C2C等概念和電子商務(wù)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,使用E-bay、Aliexpress(阿里巴巴速賣通)電子商務(wù)平臺(tái),研究某一類產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)品描述英語(yǔ)文體特點(diǎn),開(kāi)展網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷的實(shí)戰(zhàn)演練。
四.教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)
教學(xué)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì):1)教師事先在Aliexpress或E-bay平臺(tái)上搭建好課程網(wǎng)店,供學(xué)生在該網(wǎng)店上銷售自己產(chǎn)品。該教學(xué)用的網(wǎng)店的前期搭建可以由學(xué)有余力的同學(xué)自己建設(shè),由同學(xué)自己管理。2)教師編輯并課前分發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷知識(shí)手冊(cè)。3)確定每個(gè)同學(xué)都可以使用手機(jī)wap服務(wù),可以登錄Google,yahoo,baidu等網(wǎng)站。4)調(diào)試多媒體教室的設(shè)備,確保可以登錄課程網(wǎng)店后臺(tái)進(jìn)行管理和實(shí)戰(zhàn)演示。
課堂教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)
Period I & II
Introduction:1. the basic knowledge and theory of online marketing,like google ads; seo,alimama,etc. 2. the knowledge of e-store management and commodity purchase and 3. the techniques of e-store merchandise page editing and publishing.
Class Management: the whole class is divided into several groups to complete the workshop in this chapter. If the students prefer,they can organize a pilot team in which every member virtually take the place of a position in a e-commerce company,i.e. project manager,commodity manager,e-store waiter,inventory executive officer,shipping boy,etc.
Procedure:
1. Warm-up questions: supposed that you had a chance to apply for a position in b2b or b2c e-commerce company,what job vacancy would you like to occupy? 2. Alibaba Fujian branching company needs some interns,they want the interns to help them facilitate and re-modulate their search engine commodity category to better serve the overseas buyers. What type of product would you choose to manage?(note: Introduction of aliexpress and search engine and product manager has been given to students by sending out handouts prior to the lesson,and students are required to read handouts carefully)
2. Demonstration: the teacher demonstrates the basic theory of online marketing. The teacher illustrates the key words by using illustration,diagrams,and some other visual techniques. Some examples are cited to help students better understand the abstract notion. i.e. teacher visits some websites where google or alimama ads are put on. Some technical terms in the students’ textbooks are highlighted to learn after class. i.e. CPA,CPC,CPM,etc.
3. In-class Activities
Go to the following portal sites and search for the same keyword,arts and crafts,or office equipment,any else students prefer. Yahoo,Google,Baidu. Fill in the form on Students’ Book.
4. Workshop: shopping experiences or brainstorming: choosing the commodity for selling on Project’s E-store.
5. Projects for Assignment: every team choose one category on E-bay to learn the commodity knowledge. i. e. naming,specifics,photographing,detailed introduction,shipping,and other services,and then decide the commodity to sell on The Project’s E-store.

Presentation: How to lease your products on the storefront site.
Online commerce know-how: Commodity Choice and inventory
management: e-commerce practical job and intern from the angle of college students; Local E-commerce market and some jobs students can do for part-time job or for future graduating term’ internship.

在簡(jiǎn)要介紹了相關(guān)理論知識(shí)和實(shí)際操作要領(lǐng)后,本節(jié)課重點(diǎn)從功能文體學(xué)角度深入學(xué)習(xí)E-bay網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品頁(yè)的語(yǔ)言特征。文章作者結(jié)合如下文體學(xué)理論分析,從理論結(jié)合實(shí)踐合理安排課堂教學(xué)與實(shí)踐輔導(dǎo)。根據(jù)課前的分組情況和學(xué)生的角色定位,每組的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)的評(píng)定以優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量給出相應(yīng)的分?jǐn)?shù),成功實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品銷售的小組在學(xué)期總評(píng)分中給予額外的加分。
五.產(chǎn)品描述文體學(xué)分析
從分體學(xué)分類來(lái)說(shuō),該類文本屬于實(shí)用文體。該實(shí)用文體區(qū)別與其它商務(wù)英語(yǔ)篇章的是它的語(yǔ)境是互聯(lián)網(wǎng),篇章作者(產(chǎn)品的工作人員)需要熟悉平臺(tái)的規(guī)則和平臺(tái)搜索引擎的計(jì)算規(guī)則;還要有相關(guān)的專業(yè)知識(shí),商品銷售的相關(guān)法律,比如,不能所在國(guó)家明令禁止銷售的產(chǎn)品;不要侵犯知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的產(chǎn)品。篇章的意義要能夠?yàn)榻浑H對(duì)象所理解甚至喜歡要熟悉目標(biāo)對(duì)象的語(yǔ)言習(xí)慣,借助專業(yè)化非語(yǔ)言信息及產(chǎn)品圖像等傳達(dá)作者準(zhǔn)確的意圖和產(chǎn)品特征,產(chǎn)品所有者能夠提供的有吸引力的服務(wù),以達(dá)到最終的目的,成功銷售商品。網(wǎng)頁(yè)提供的是一種靜態(tài)的單向交流,在平臺(tái)上還可以有類似CMC(computer-mediated communications)的動(dòng)態(tài)雙向交流渠道,比如,發(fā)送站內(nèi)信(messages)。在aliexpress外貿(mào)平臺(tái)上,可以通過(guò)及時(shí)聊天工具(IMS,instant message software)TradeManager與目標(biāo)對(duì)象實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)上互動(dòng)交流。
在實(shí)踐層面,網(wǎng)頁(yè)編輯者(產(chǎn)品者)一般需要掌握如下技能:標(biāo)題專業(yè)(product naming or title)、圖片豐富(products photographing)、描述詳盡(detailed item specification)、合理標(biāo)價(jià)(reasonable pricing)、運(yùn)費(fèi)計(jì)算(shipping counting)、備貨及時(shí)(timely fulfillment)等。
在具體到某個(gè)產(chǎn)品時(shí),產(chǎn)品者需要在詞匯和句子層面做到專業(yè)化、個(gè)性化的描述;語(yǔ)言準(zhǔn)確、到位、詳盡。
在詞匯層面,有其特殊專用詞匯,詳述如下:
商品要素(Item Specifics): 1. 商品標(biāo)題處:產(chǎn)品名稱,新/舊,工藝、材質(zhì)等關(guān)鍵詞。為了吸引消費(fèi)者注意力,有些產(chǎn)品在標(biāo)題處還會(huì)安排物流信息、特殊屬性(如工藝品類的名家名字、商品的稀有性等)2.在產(chǎn)品詳盡描述部分,需提供以下全部或部分信息。
某些特殊商品需要提供其他要素信息,如藝術(shù)品Original/Reproduction(原件/復(fù)制品),Region of Origin(產(chǎn)地),Date of Creation(創(chuàng)作日期),Sign(有無(wú)藝術(shù)家簽名)等。
服務(wù)提供(The Offerings):送貨/物流(Delivery/ Shipping: Is packaging charged?; Do you offer various or free shipping); 優(yōu)惠價(jià)格(Wholesales price or Pricing for repeat customers or Special offers for marketing); 附加服務(wù):(Added value: Do you offer added values such as warranties or after sales service?)
在句子層面,產(chǎn)品作者在詳細(xì)介紹部分習(xí)慣使用短句,長(zhǎng)句子以賓語(yǔ)從句和狀語(yǔ)從句為主,如,F(xiàn)engshui experts say that,As Chinese mythology says,When news spread among Chinese people,等等。由于傳統(tǒng)工藝美術(shù)品是中國(guó)獨(dú)有文化特色產(chǎn)品,文本作者以中國(guó)人為主,因此,他們的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)免不了漢語(yǔ)的強(qiáng)勢(shì)影響。比如,在介紹貔貅這個(gè)中華文化特有的想象中動(dòng)物形象時(shí),作者用這樣的句子:Fengshui experts say that Pixiu can protect homes,exorcise devils,and raise fortune and power for the master. As Chinese mythology says,Pixiu is the dragon king’s ninth son.
在文體學(xué)研究方面,需要提供一定的數(shù)據(jù)量,建立語(yǔ)料庫(kù)深入研究不同類別產(chǎn)品的語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn),以實(shí)現(xiàn)搜索優(yōu)化,用戶友好,提高產(chǎn)品曝光率,提升銷售業(yè)績(jī)。
產(chǎn)品網(wǎng)頁(yè)內(nèi)容除了商戶提供的商品信息與服務(wù)之外,為了營(yíng)造公平誠(chéng)信的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境而設(shè)置的強(qiáng)制性信息是零售業(yè)B2C,C2C平臺(tái)的必要元素,包括商家誠(chéng)信記錄分級(jí)體系(rating system),客戶或買家對(duì)已購(gòu)產(chǎn)品的反饋信息(feedback);平臺(tái)的消費(fèi)者保證計(jì)劃(buyer protection policy)等等。這些信息是買賣雙方都極其看重的網(wǎng)頁(yè)內(nèi)容。作為買家,需要在經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中不斷積累積極的顧客評(píng)價(jià)和信譽(yù)度。作為賣家或者網(wǎng)頁(yè)內(nèi)容提供方,還要諳熟各個(gè)平臺(tái)的搜索引擎計(jì)算規(guī)律和用戶的搜索習(xí)慣,以提升曝光率,實(shí)現(xiàn)搜索優(yōu)化,用戶友好。下面提供在國(guó)內(nèi)影響最大的兩個(gè)平臺(tái)的數(shù)據(jù)(表二)
面對(duì)平臺(tái)海量的產(chǎn)品信息,商品信息提供者或賣家需要在必備的知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)上,不斷提高英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言能力,營(yíng)造自身專業(yè)化的網(wǎng)絡(luò)形象,提供專業(yè)化的服務(wù)。
Project for Assignment: 1. 主要外貿(mào)商務(wù)網(wǎng)站的某類產(chǎn)品的描述特點(diǎn):命名技巧(關(guān)鍵詞,賣點(diǎn)等),產(chǎn)品分類,產(chǎn)品規(guī)格,產(chǎn)品詳細(xì)描述等。2. 學(xué)有余力的同學(xué)在課程教學(xué)網(wǎng)店自己的產(chǎn)品。
六.結(jié)語(yǔ)
實(shí)用文體學(xué)和電子商務(wù)教學(xué)的結(jié)合是個(gè)新的課題,他的教學(xué)效果如何需要相關(guān)學(xué)科的專家學(xué)者的不斷探索,理論聯(lián)系實(shí)踐,在總結(jié)教學(xué)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,更好的服務(wù)于電子商務(wù)(英語(yǔ))的教學(xué)。
